Booking an airport service in a country you haven’t visited means trusting a team you haven’t met. On 6 October 2026, the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) published a feature on our expansion from Vietnam into Thailand, giving you an independent look at who we are.
This article sums up what the feature covers and what Fast Track Thailand does at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK) and Phuket (HKT). It also explains where the feature’s wording differs from the service you can book today, then walks you through booking in four steps.
What the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism Featured
The article, titled “From Vietnam to Thailand: Fast Track’s Next Chapter in Meet-and-Greet Services”, ran on VNAT’s official English-language portal. As featured by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, our launch was framed as a Vietnamese service brand taking its standard abroad.
You can read VNAT’s article on our Thailand launch in full.

Who We Are: The Team Behind Fast Track Vietnam, Now in Thailand
Fast Track Thailand comes from the team behind Fast Track Vietnam, operated by Thryve Vietnam. Fast Track Vietnam is trusted by over 10,000 customers a month, and Thailand is our first market outside Vietnam.
Our CEO, Drew Esterline, describes the goal as an American Express-style customer experience: fast, consistent and caring. The test is holding that standard at 3 AM as well as 3 PM. That matters in Bangkok, where many long-haul flights land after midnight.

Why Thailand, and Why Now
Vietnam and Thailand are closely linked by air, with nearly 70 flights a week between the two countries, according to the VNAT feature. Many travellers on Southeast Asia itineraries pass through both in a single trip.
Queues are the other reason. Each of Thailand’s three main international airports has predictable peak windows when public immigration lines stretch.
| Airport | Peak windows | Typical public queue |
|---|---|---|
| Suvarnabhumi (BKK) | Midnight-3 AM and 6-9 AM long-haul waves | 45-120 minutes at peak |
| Don Mueang (DMK) | 22:00-02:00 | 45+ minutes at peak; 7-20 minutes off-peak |
| Phuket (HKT) | Evenings in December-February, Chinese New Year and Songkran | 60-90 minutes on the worst evenings |

What Fast Track Thailand Covers at BKK, DMK and HKT
The service works the way it does in Vietnam. On arrival, an agent meets you, escorts you through the Premium Immigration Lane, then through baggage claim and customs to your driver. On departure, the agent meets you after check-in and escorts you through immigration.
| Airport | Arrival | Departure | Arrival meeting point |
|---|---|---|---|
| Suvarnabhumi (BKK) | $55 (around 1,850 THB) | $50 (around 1,680 THB) | Gate area after you disembark (Main Terminal) |
| Don Mueang (DMK) | $60 (around 2,020 THB) | $60 (around 2,020 THB) | As you exit the aircraft (Terminal 1) |
| Phuket (HKT) | $55 (around 1,850 THB) | $45 (around 1,510 THB) | The Coral Arrival Lounge, just before immigration |
Children under 2 travel free at all three airports. The fast track price doesn’t cover:
- Ground transport (we hand you over to your driver)
- Airline check-in priority or seat upgrades
- Government fees, such as visa costs
- Excess-baggage fees charged by your airline
| Feature | BKK | DMK | HKT |
|---|---|---|---|
| Priority security on departure | Yes | Yes | No (not included per airport regulations) |
| Buggy on arrival | $75 (around 2,520 THB), max 2 adults | Not offered | Not offered |
| Luggage Assistance | $25 (around 840 THB) | $25 per 2 extra bags (2 bags included) | $25 (around 840 THB) |
| Lounge add-on | $45, Coral lounges in Concourse C and D | $40, Coral Finest, Terminal 1 | $42 Coral Executive or $100 Coral First Class |
Each airport page has the full details: Suvarnabhumi fast track, Don Mueang fast track and Phuket fast track. You can compare every add-on side by side on our Fast Track Thailand price list. At BKK we serve the Main Terminal only, so if you land at the SAT-1 satellite terminal, contact us before booking.
Reading the Feature: What It Means for Your Booking
Press features describe a brand in broad strokes. Here’s how a few lines in the VNAT article map to the service you can book today.
| The feature mentions | What it means in practice |
|---|---|
| Transportation | Ground transport isn’t part of our Thailand service. On arrival, we hand you over to your driver, hotel shuttle or taxi rank. |
| Wait times cut to about 10 minutes | Time at immigration is typically 10-20 minutes, depending on flight load and officer staffing. |
| Vietnam’s track record and over 10,000 customers a month | These figures describe Fast Track Vietnam’s record at home, not Fast Track Thailand. |
One line sums up our scope: we can save you time; we cannot decide who enters the country. Immigration decisions are always made by the officer on duty.
How to Book Fast Track Thailand
- Pick your airport and direction. Choose BKK, DMK or HKT, then arrival, departure or both.
- Book at least 24 hours ahead. Booking needs no account, and confirmation arrives within 15 minutes. For Phuket in December-February or around Chinese New Year, book at least 3 days ahead.
- Submit your TDAC. Every foreign traveller, children included, needs a Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), filed within three days before arrival on the official TDAC portal. The official form is free, so ignore lookalike sites that charge a fee. Our step-by-step TDAC guide covers each field.
- Meet your agent. Your confirmation lists the meeting point. For departures, bring your passport and a printed boarding pass. Our booking and refund FAQs cover changes, delays and what to do if you can’t find your agent.
FAQs
Is Fast Track Thailand a government service?
No. We’re a private meet-and-greet company operated by Thryve Vietnam. We help you through the Premium Immigration Lane, but Thai Immigration runs the counters and makes every entry decision.
Does the VNAT feature mean Thai authorities endorse you?
No. The Vietnam National Authority of Tourism published an editorial feature about our expansion. It isn’t an endorsement, and we hold no recognition or partnership with Thai government bodies or Airports of Thailand.
Are Fast Track Vietnam and Fast Track Thailand the same company?
Yes. One team, operated by Thryve Vietnam, runs both brands. Each country has its own website and booking page, and our Thailand agents live and work at BKK, DMK and HKT.
Do you provide airport transfers in Thailand?
No. Our arrival service ends when we hand you over to your driver, hotel shuttle or taxi rank, so arrange your transfer before you fly.
How long does fast track take in Thailand?
Time at immigration is typically 10-20 minutes, compared with 45-120 minutes in public queues at Suvarnabhumi’s peak. Flight load and officer staffing affect the exact time.
Can I book fast track for both my Vietnam and Thailand legs?
Yes. Book the Thailand leg on fasttrack-thailand.com and the Vietnam leg on fasttrack-vietnam.com. One team runs both, but each site takes its own booking and payment.
Arrive With Someone Waiting for You
If your flight lands at Suvarnabhumi in the midnight wave or at Don Mueang after 10 PM, you’ll meet the longest public queues of the day. Fast Track Thailand puts an agent at your gate, walks you through the Premium Immigration Lane and hands you over to your driver, with time at immigration typically 10-20 minutes.
Book your Thailand fast track at least 24 hours before you fly.
