Fast Track
Fast Track helps you save time at the airport by using designated priority lanes with the assistance of a dedicated agent. For arrivals, this includes priority access through immigration. For departures, the service may include priority check-in, passport control, and security, as well as guidance to your lounge or departure gate.
Additional services and add-ons may vary by airport and package. Please check the inclusions available for your selected airport and package before booking.
All international passengers arriving at or departing from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), Don Mueang International Airport (DMK), and Phuket International Airport (HKT) can book the service, regardless of airline or ticket class.
Please note that the buggy service is only available for international arriving passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
You can skip the 1–2 hour waiting line and enjoy priority access to immigration, especially during peak hours.
All services must be booked at least 24 hours before your scheduled flight time, subject to service availability. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred service.
Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.
Yes, you can amend your booking details (such as passenger name, flight number, or date/time) once free of charge, provided the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time and is subject to availability. Requests made within 24 hours will be handled on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.

You can cancel your booking on our website at least 72 hours before your booking time. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee may be applied.
Bookings made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable if cancelled by the customer.
Yes, if your nationality requires a visa for Thailand. Please check if your country is considered Visa-Free or needs a visa in order to enter Thailand.

Yes, you can book for others such as family or groups. Only one booking is needed for a group and each traveler's information will be collected.
No, you do not need to give any tips to the agents. No cash should be given or asked for while at the airport.
Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a payment link via email from OnePay. Please use the link to pay promptly after issuing in order for us to process your booking and arrange your package with the airport staff.
If you do not see your agent right away, please wait at the designated meeting point and check the area carefully. If you still cannot find your agent, please contact us immediately at [FTT phone number] for assistance.
Please do not proceed through the regular immigration queue without contacting us first, as this may be considered a No Show and may not be eligible for a refund.
BKK
Do you cover both the Main Terminal and SAT-1?
Our Fast Track service is currently available at the Main Terminal only. If your flight arrives at SAT-1, please contact us before booking, and our team will be happy to advise you on the available options.
Arrival Service
Our representative will meet you in the gate area immediately after you disembark your flight.
Please have your valid passport and your flight booking confirmation ready for quick identity verification upon meeting our staff.
Our arrival service provides access to the Fast Track Immigration Lane for a smooth and efficient arrival experience. Depending on your selected service, you can either proceed independently with our self-guided option or receive assistance from a guide. Luggage assistance and buggy transfers are also available as optional add-ons.
Eligibility: Available for international arriving passengers at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) only.
SAT-1 Terminal: Buggy transfers passengers to the Airport Shuttle Train to reach the Main Terminal for immigration.
Emirates (EK) & Qatar Airways (QR): Buggy service operates strictly within the Main Terminal.
Departure Service
Please complete your airline check-in and obtain your physical boarding pass first. Afterwards, meet our team at the designated departure area.
You will need to present your valid passport and your printed physical boarding pass (issued at the airline counter or kiosk) to our representative for verification.
Our staff will meet you at the designated point and escort you through the Fast Track Immigration and priority security lanes to bypass long queues for a fast, hassle-free departure.
DMK
Arrival Service
Our staff will greet you at the designated meeting point as soon as you exit the aircraft.
Please have your valid passport and your service booking confirmation ready for verification upon meeting our staff.
You will receive continuous personal guidance from your arrival gate through Fast Track Immigration, assistance at baggage claim, and escorting to your driver or onward transport.
Departure Service
After checking in with your airline, meet our representative at the designated meeting point.
You will need to present your valid passport and your printed physical boarding pass (issued at the airline counter or kiosk) to our representative for verification.
Our staff will meet you at the designated point and escort you through the Fast Track Immigration and priority security lanes to bypass long queues for a fast, hassle-free departure.
HKT
Arrival Service
Proceed toward the designated meeting point located just before the immigration checkpoints.
Please have your valid passport and your arrival boarding pass (or service booking confirmation) ready for verification upon meeting our team
You will receive personal assistance from the meeting area, priority escort through the Fast Track Immigration lane.
Departure Service
Please complete your airline check-in (or self check-in) first to drop off your checked baggage and secure your printed physical boarding pass.
Proceed to the designated meeting point at the departure hall with your passport and boarding pass.
Our representative will escort you directly through the Fast Track Immigration lane.
